Target campaigns using customer purchase relationships
Campaign purchase and promotion rules can now calculate an audience and be used for delivery. In **Marketing → Campaigns**, add include or exclude conditions for current passes, completed purchases, or previous use of a promotion. The preview shows the matched audience and the number currently eligible for each channel.

In **Marketing → Campaigns**, add include or exclude conditions for current passes, completed purchases, or previous use of a promotion. The preview shows the matched audience and the number currently eligible for each channel. Marketing permission is still separate: every send rechecks the client’s current consent, contact preferences, unsubscribe and suppression status, and venue membership. A purchase never counts as marketing consent. If a purchase fact cannot be verified, that client is excluded and the preview reports the audience as unavailable rather than guessing. These campaign rules use commercial relationship data only. Health questionnaire answers, attendance, visits, class activity, inactivity, device fitness data, and unrestricted client tags are not available for marketing audience selection.
Review failed membership renewals in one place
The client Passes tab now shows the recorded failed renewal, its payment status and available next actions; the Failed Renewals report includes suspended renewing memberships.
