More reliable course-payment records and releases
External course payments now keep a canonical payment link, while deployment checks can reproduce the same database structure in every environment.
Course payments recorded outside BookingBible now stay linked to their canonical payment record. This keeps reversals, settlement evidence, revenue recognition, and participant balances aligned without exposing card or bank credentials. The same database definitions are now versioned for staging and production, so release checks can detect genuine drift without blocking on an untracked live-only change. No venue action is required.
