Safer AI report owners and clearer mailbox setup
Keep scheduled specialist report owners limited to eligible staff and make mailbox callback setup easier to verify.
Scheduled specialist reports now offer only eligible staff who can use AI and already have access to that specialist. Clients no longer appear in the report-owner list, and personal access grants correctly replace broader role grants. The mailbox connection screen also shows the exact callback address used by the current BookingBible environment, making Google and Microsoft setup errors easier to diagnose without exposing credentials.
