Create a booking system without losing your progress

Create a venue in a shorter, resumable flow that configures its region, booking products, visibility, legal entity and collaboration terms from the start.

Venue creation is now a shorter, resumable flow. Solo professionals enter only their regional settings, profession and account details; Booking Bible creates the internal venue name and booking URL automatically, with the URL available as an advanced option. Country and timezone now drive phone format, currency, tax and regional date/time behavior throughout the booking system.

Operators then choose Classes, Appointments, or both; decide whether they are findable for collaborations; select a tier; and accept the country-recorded agreements once. Existing Booking Bible users can verify their identity and continue with the details they already entered. After email confirmation, a clear button opens the new admin dashboard, where billing and detailed setup continue.

The creator also records whether the operator is an individual or a registered company. An individual can later switch to a company in Business Settings. Every professional collaboration separately records whether it is business-to-business or employment, who handles tax, whether the professional invoices or the venue self-bills, the payment method, and payment terms. Those values are frozen into signed agreement versions and kept as typed columns so invoicing, payroll, tax, and payout features can use them later without trying to infer the parties' legal relationship.

Collaborators see a personal green income shortcut in the admin header instead of venue turnover. Its drawer keeps currencies separate and explains the difference between recorded work, awaiting settlement, work included in a settlement, and amounts paid outside Booking Bible. It also repeats the tax, invoice, and payment setup for each collaboration; ledger entries are explicitly not presented as invoices or proof of bank payment.
