Choose whether workshops and course sessions count toward the daily booking limit

Two new switches under Booking Rules decide whether workshops and course sessions count toward "Max Bookings/Day" and toward pass daily limits. Both start on. The daily limit now counts only bookings at your venue, per location unless you chose venue-wide.

Admin → Settings → Booking Rules now has two switches directly under
**Max Bookings/Day**:

- **Workshops count toward the daily limit**
- **Course sessions count toward the daily limit**

Both are on for every venue. When you switch one off, those sessions are not
counted and are never blocked by the daily limit. For example, with a limit of
2 and workshops switched off, a client can book two classes and a workshop on
the same day. Course sessions are the dates a course schedules itself. Workshop
dates used inside a course follow the workshops switch. Regular classes always
count, including classes that are linked to a course.

The switches also apply to passes with a daily class limit, such as a
membership limited to two classes a day. A pass bought at another venue in your
network follows that venue's switches. Weekly and monthly limits are not
affected.

**What else changes, even with both switches on**

- The daily limit now counts only bookings at your venue. Before, part of the
booking check also counted a client's bookings at other venues, including a
network visitor's bookings at their home venue.
- The limit is counted per location unless you set it to count the whole
venue. Before, that part of the check counted every location together.
- **Max Bookings/Day** set to 0 now always means no daily limit. This includes
a limit set on a location, which used to block every booking at 0. A location
limit still replaces the venue limit for classes at that location.
- Days are counted in your venue's own timezone.
- The venue daily limit does not apply to bookings made by staff, at the front
desk or for a guest seat.

When a client reaches the limit, the message now says what does not count, for
example: "You've reached the daily limit of 2 bookings at this location
(workshops don't count)."

Tell shared workshop dates apart with a course identifier

Give each course a short label and colour, for example 8W or 18W, and every workshop date linked to that course shows it as a pill for staff and clients.
