Edit a class or a whole series from the Business app — with streaming and who gets told
The Business app now edits a recurring series as completely as the web schedule does, adds searchable class, teacher and room lists, and lets you choose per change whether the booked clients, the teacher, or nobody hears about it.
Editing your schedule from the phone used to stop short of what the web schedule can do. This closes the gap. **Choose where an edit lands.** Editing a recurring series now asks the same question the web schedule asks — this schedule only, this and all future classes, future classes from a date you pick, or every class including past ones (that last one still asks you to type REWRITE). Nothing is saved until you choose, and the preview tells you how many classes and clients the choice touches. **Change the whole pattern, not just the details.** Day of week, how often it repeats, and the start and end dates are editable from the phone now, alongside room, class, teacher, capacity and time. Past dates cannot be rebuilt when the pattern changes, so that combination is refused up front instead of failing on save. **Decide who hears about it.** Every schedule change starts silent. You then pick, per change, whether the booked clients and/or the teacher are told, and on which channel. A channel you cannot use is shown greyed out with the reason — and if text messages simply are not switched on for your venue yet, it now says so and where to switch them on, instead of just going quiet. **Live, streaming and recording in one place.** If your venue has live streaming, creating or editing a class or a series now includes online seats, whether the class streams (inherit from the class type, always, or never) and which camera it uses. It also states what will happen to the recording under your venue's streaming settings. Venues without streaming see a short line explaining why the section is unavailable rather than controls that would not save. **Finding the class is faster.** Class, teacher, room, location and brand lists are searchable instead of a strip of pills you had to swipe through, the matches appear right under the search field instead of behind the keyboard, and the location picker only appears when you actually have more than one location.
Roster actions work again in the Business app
Check in, no-show, undo, remove, bulk actions and messaging attendees now work on the class roster screen in the Business app — they had been failing with an error since late August.
