The Flexible pass editor now shows whether the current venue guest rule includes
the pass, the paid guest-invitation price, the separately managed complimentary
allowance, and excluded classes. Staff with permission to manage business
settings can open the guest configuration directly in a new tab.

A new private draft does not grant guest access. If guest access is limited to
selected pass types, publishing a pass does not automatically add it to that
list. The editor explains when it must first be published and then selected in
guest settings. Existing purchased pass terms are unchanged.

The preview is the current venue policy, not a promise of a particular client's
remaining allowance or a guaranteed booking. Paid invitation links do not
automatically consume the separately managed complimentary allowance. Viewing
or editing the Flexible draft never changes the guest policy.
