Run a gift-card programme with a partner
Set up a gift card a hotel, company or shop sells for you — the value, who may buy it, the dates, the commission you settle on, and batches of real cards with barcodes your desk can scan.
Until now a gift card was something you sold yourself, one at a time. If a hotel wanted to hand your cards to its guests, or a company wanted a hundred of them for its staff, there was no way to set that up — and no way to see what was owed to whom afterwards. Gift Cards has a new **Partner programmes** tab. A programme holds everything about that arrangement in one place: - **What the card is worth** — one fixed amount, a short list the buyer picks from, any amount inside a range, or a specific pass. - **How long it stays valid** — a number of months, or your venue's normal expiry rules. - **Who may buy one** — a cap per client, a cap in total, first-timers only, and whether redeeming needs an account. - **Which partner sells it**, under which agreement, and between which dates. - **The commission**, with a preview of what a single card settles to before you print anything. **Batches make real cards.** Ask for two hundred and you get two hundred genuine gift cards, each with its own code — the same cards your desk already knows how to look up, redeem and refund. Nothing new to learn at the register. **Barcodes and bulk scanning are built in.** The Card mapping tab is the same scanner you already use in Settings and on promotions, so a printed batch can be scanned in one pass rather than typed. **Once cards go out, the money is locked.** From the moment you hand a batch to a partner, what a card is worth stops being editable — that promise is now out in the world on printed cards. Everything else stays yours to change: the name, the wording, the dates, who may buy and the partner. **Settlement lands where you already look.** A partner running both a promotion and a gift-card programme settles on one statement, not two. Find it under Gift Cards → Partner programmes.

Online pass purchases and payment receipts work again
Clients could not buy a pass online since 11 August, no payment receipt had been sent since 1 August, promotions would not open, and the sales list showed the wrong time of day. All four are fixed.
