Manage every pass and membership from the Business app

Staff can now do the whole pass-management menu from a client’s record in the Business app: adjust clips and dates, extend, freeze with the billing preview, switch billing mode, record a renewal payment, recover a failed renewal, share, transfer, convert, archive, and give or remove a loyalty price.

The Passes tab on a client’s record in the Business app now offers the same
actions as the web client page. Open a pass and choose from what applies to it:
freeze (with the same billing-impact preview the web shows for card-billed
memberships), resume, cancel a scheduled freeze, adjust clips, extend, adjust
start and end dates, auto-renew on or off, bill externally or by saved card,
record a renewal paid at the desk, share the pass with another client or invite
someone by email, transfer it, convert unused value to account credit, archive
or restore it, clean up a failed membership setup, and give, change or remove a
loyalty price. Where a venue uses floating rates, staff can also lock or unlock
a client’s rate.

Memberships with a failed renewal show a recovery card with the same three
choices as the web: charge the saved card now, send the client a secure payment
link by email or SMS, or waive the late fee. When ending a membership, staff can
apply a save offer the client accepted before the termination goes through.

Every action starts with Don’t notify. Choose Email, SMS or Push for that one
action when you want the client told; unavailable channels explain why. Each
action is offered only when it applies to that pass, and the server checks the
same rule again before anything changes. A dropped connection can never apply a
change twice.

Refunds and payment corrections stay in the Billing tab, and past-visit
corrections stay on the web client page for now.
