Membership termination works again, and paid renewals are recorded

Staff can terminate memberships again, refusals say why, abandoned attempts clear themselves, and renewals paid after a failed attempt are recorded automatically.

**Terminating a membership.** Terminating a membership from the client profile
or the Business app could stop on "Original cancellation still needs a result"
and stay there. Nothing reached the payment provider, so no member was
cancelled or charged by those attempts. Termination now completes for
memberships on both the Booking Bible account and a venue's own payment account.
Each change now uses the payment customer named on the membership's own
subscription.

**Clear reasons.** When a change cannot be made, the dialog explains why. For
example, a renewal payment may still be unpaid, another change may be in
progress, or the member's payment details may need checking. The saved attempt
is cleared, so you can choose again.

**Stuck attempts clear themselves.** An attempt that never reached the payment
provider is released within 15 minutes. It is also released when you start a new
change, after a 2-minute grace. An attempt that did reach the provider is never
guessed. It stays until the provider confirms the result, and support is alerted
if it needs review.

**Renewals paid after a failed attempt.** A renewal could stay "failed" after
the member paid it, for example when the card was retried later. Every hour,
such renewals are checked against the payment provider and recorded once it
confirms payment. The membership period moves on, and classes already used in
the paid period still count. A first membership payment is never settled this
way; it is left for staff review because it can include a registration fee.

**Scheduled cancellations.** A member who pays a renewal before their scheduled
cancellation date keeps the access they paid for until that date.

**When a cleared attempt needs you.** If a termination or scheduled
cancellation that never reached the payment provider is cleared, your alerts
show it once, with the client, the membership and the change you chose. Choose
it again from the client profile.

Staff who saw the stuck message should open the membership again and choose the
termination again.

Choose whether workshops and course sessions count toward the daily booking limit

Two new switches under Booking Rules decide whether workshops and course sessions count toward "Max Bookings/Day" and toward pass daily limits. Both start on. The daily limit now counts only bookings at your venue, per location unless you chose venue-wide.
