Notifications you choose are now sent, and you see what happened

Restoring a class, editing a class, adding a substitute and removing a client can now notify by Email, SMS or Push, and every action tells you what was sent and why anything was not.

Every place where staff can notify clients or an instructor now works the same
way. Nothing is sent unless you choose a channel, and a channel is only offered
when it can actually reach someone.

- **Restoring a cancelled class.** You can now tell clients and the instructor
that the class is back on. Both choices start empty. Clients who are rebooked
hear that their place is back. If the class is now full, they hear that they
are on the waitlist. Clients who are not rebooked are told the class is
running again so they can book. If the class is cancelled again before a
notice goes out, it is not sent.
- **Editing a class or adding a substitute.** The edit screens, the class card
menu and bulk edit show two choices: booked clients start silent, and the
instructor starts on Email and Push where they can receive them. A substitute
and the teacher they replace are told on the channels you choose. Changing the
class type or capacity never notifies anyone.
- **Removing a client from a class.** The message now has real content on Email,
SMS and Push. Push can be chosen at check-in.
- **Waitlist at check-in.** Adding a waitlisted client starts silent. Pick the
  channels to tell them.
- **Appointments and memberships.** The channel choices appear straight away with
the reason a channel is unavailable. There is no "Checking SMS availability"
  wait.
- **What was sent.** After each action the confirmation says what happened, for
example "SMS sent 9 of 12 (2 no phone number, 1 SMS can't be sent to United
  Kingdom numbers yet)".

A client's own SMS setting is respected for every message you send. Withdrawing
consent to marketing texts no longer turns off their class and booking texts.
Clients whose class and booking texts were turned off only because a marketing
consent was imported as "not given" get them back.

Clear Email, SMS and Push choices when you cancel a class

Cancelling a class now has separate choices for booked clients and the instructor, each channel shows who it reaches, and the instructor can be told by Email and Push without notifying clients.
