Original renewal payment recovery
Keep payment recovery tied to the original unpaid renewal.
Candidate update for release review. This change is not deployed. Renewal recovery keeps the original payment through retries and bank confirmation. An uncertain response stays pending until that payment is verified. A later payment after membership termination is recorded for review without reopening membership. Recurring products can inherit venue recovery settings or override booking access, the retry window and the action after it expires. Both immediate cancellation and cancellation at the end of the period use the canonical termination flow. Existing defaults remain in place. Staff actions keep their existing notification choices. Release requires the public, member and mobile interfaces to adopt the same original payment receipt. Policy controls and staff grace-control reconciliation are separate work. Member replacement-card recovery retains its approved behavior; staff default changes do not charge.
