Record an original renewal without promising current access
Staff can reconcile an original failed renewal while current membership status and dates continue to govern access.
Staff can reconcile the original failed renewal after a membership has ended or advanced to another cycle. The recorded payment or waiver confirms that renewal; current membership status and dates still govern booking access. Success requires a durably applied manual settlement. A pending, unverified or processor-paid outcome does not report a waiver. An external payment must match the full original amount due. Rechecking a recorded original repairs bookkeeping without collecting again or resending a confirmation. New staff actions still start with **Don't notify** and use only explicitly selected available channels.

Webhooks and API keys work again on plans that include API access
Venues whose current plan includes API access can again create API keys and webhook endpoints, and their webhooks are sent again. A platform-wide catalogue setting had been refusing them since late August.
