# Passes, packages and reports: fixes from a full audit

We audited everything around passes, combo packages, product packages and their reports. These are the fixes you may notice.

**Reports now show real numbers.** The Memberships report counts your active passes and subscriptions again (it showed zero), counts a cancellation as this month's churn only when it happened this month, and uses your venue's calendar for "this month" and "next 30 days". The Cancellations report shows the no-show and late-cancel fees you actually collected. The Refunds report counts only refunds that have gone through. Pass expirations count days left from your venue's date. Product margins show units sold and revenue from the POS again. The daily close-out now includes room-rental revenue. Notification analytics, the card-expiry report's "last reminder" column and the spa treatment-utilization report show their data again.

**Refund within the grace window is for one-time passes only.** Members can no longer cancel-and-refund a recurring membership themselves inside its grace window, because that did not stop the membership's billing. They are asked to contact you instead; you cancel and refund memberships as usual. One-time passes keep the self-service refund.

**Issuing a product package at the POS says what it does.** The Packages tile now reads "Issue without payment" and asks for confirmation, because it gives the client the package without taking or recording a payment. It needs the "manage products" permission, and every issue is logged. To sell a package for money, the client buys it online.

**Combo packages.** Editing a package no longer re-creates its treatments, so past bookings keep their link and checkouts in progress are not refunded. A second payment for the same package slots (for example from two browser tabs) is refunded automatically instead of being held. Packages restricted to certain pass holders can only be bought by those pass holders. Evening start times in venues behind UTC are no longer reported as "just taken".

**Other fixes.** Removing a client from a class twice at the same moment returns the clip once and frees the seat once. A client's contract now starts on their pass's start date. Milestone "free class" rewards previously never worked; now they are venue opt-in only. They stay off until you turn on "Milestone rewards may issue free-class passes" under Marketing → Loyalty → Earning rules & tiers (shown to staff who can change business settings), they only use reward templates your venue created, and they are never given for how long someone has had a Booking Bible account. When on, the reward is a one-class pass that never renews. Franchise royalty invoices are calculated on the period's pass, product-subscription and private-event sales that the agreement includes, instead of on nothing; a partly refunded sale counts at the amount kept after the refund. If staff remove a client from a class and the class cannot be returned to the client's pass, you now see a message asking you to add it back, and no undo is offered for that removal. Brand exports include pass-type clips and payment methods, and only data from your own venue.

Nobody is notified about any of these changes.

Brand passes now book classes shown under their brand

If you run two or more brands, a pass restricted to a brand now books every class that belongs to that brand, including classes owned by another brand that you also show under it with **Also show under…** on the class type. Before this fix, clients holding such a pass could not book those classes, and online bookings wrongly said their pass had no online access.
