Pass extensions follow one rule, and logged client calls now save
Extending a pass — from the client's pass, the client list or the AI assistant — now follows one rule. It stops at the pass type's hard end date, never uses up the client's own self-extensions, and tells you when a pass cannot be extended. Logging a call, email or meeting with a client now saves, and the client's Activity tab shows more of what staff did.
# Pass extensions follow one rule, and logged client calls now save **Extending passes.** Extending a pass now works the same way everywhere: from the client's pass, from the client list (many clients at once), or through the AI assistant. - **The hard end date always holds.** When a pass type has a hard end date, no extension can push a pass past it. If you ask for a later date, the pass runs to the hard end date. Before, the client's page and the AI assistant could go past it, and so could a client-list extension that ran in the background. - **A pass that cannot be extended says why.** A pass that already runs to its hard end date, and a pass with no end date, are left as they are, and you see the reason. The AI assistant no longer gives a pass without an end date a new one. - **Staff extensions do not use up the client's self-extensions.** If a pass type lets clients extend their own pass a limited number of times, only the client's own extensions count toward that limit. Before, extensions from the client list and the AI assistant counted too, so a client could be told they had no extensions left. - **The first extension keeps the original end date** on the pass, whichever way you extend it. - **The client list extends every active pass** of each selected client, and afterwards tells you how many were extended and why any were not. If you press **Extend passes** again after an error, passes that were already extended are not extended twice. - **Extensions from the client list and the AI assistant do not notify the client.** **Logging client conversations.** Saving a call, email or meeting with **Log interaction** on a client's page always failed with an error. It now saves, and a follow-up date creates a task. Notes added by the AI assistant also failed before; they now save, and the assistant can file injury and heads-up notes if you are allowed to see health details. **The client's Activity tab** now also shows note edits and deletions, pass extensions, booking cancellations and receipt resends, including those made in the mobile app. Before, many of these were missing from it.
The AI assistant's bulk changes now follow your venue's own rules
When the AI assistant changes bookings, classes, invoices or passes — one at a time or many at once — each change now goes through the same steps as when you do it yourself, and freezing and unfreezing passes in bulk is back.
