Professional collaborations open the right page — and no longer arrive with your client list
Independent professionals you collaborate with were also being listed under Network → **Business partners**, and clicking one opened the venue-to-venue partnership page. That page describes something entirely different, so a teacher collaboration showed up as a "Pay per visit partnership" with a platform fee, a binding period, a notice period and a Pass Access tab — none of which apply to a person
Independent professionals you collaborate with were also being listed under Network → **Business partners**, and clicking one opened the venue-to-venue partnership page. That page describes something entirely different, so a teacher collaboration showed up as a "Pay per visit partnership" with a platform fee, a binding period, a notice period and a Pass Access tab — none of which apply to a person you pay per class. Business partners now lists partner venues only. Everything about a professional lives in one place: Network → **Professionals** → their collaboration, with Compensation, Role & access, Data sharing and Ledger. Old links to the wrong page redirect there automatically, and the professional's own side redirects to their view of the same collaboration. **A collaboration now actually makes them teachable.** If the person already existed at your venue as a client, accepting the collaboration left them recorded as a client — so they never appeared in the instructor picker, could never be put on a class, and nothing was ever recorded or paid for them, even though the collaboration said "instructor". They are now raised to the agreed role when the collaboration activates. **Client data starts closed.** A new collaboration already began with client search and client export off. Client contact details now start off too — an outside professional no longer arrives able to read every roster's email addresses and phone numbers on day one. You grant any of these per person under Role & access, and if someone still holds one of these grants because they had a profile at your venue before the collaboration started, the page now says so instead of leaving a quietly ticked box. Smaller fixes on the venue-to-venue partnership page: the signature button showed an internal ID instead of your venue name; a venue that had already signed an agreement still saw the sign box; and pausing, terminating or disputing used a browser pop-up that could freeze the tab. Those actions now use the normal in-app dialogs and tell you when something fails instead of silently doing nothing.
One place for everything about a professional you work with
Everything about an independent professional you collaborate with now lives on one page, in tabs: **Compensation · Role & access · Data sharing · Money · Contract**. The professional sees the matching view from their own side.
