A flash sale can now offer the registration fee alone
A recurring flash sale can leave the membership price untouched and make the registration-fee waiver the entire offer. This is the only honest shape on a Flexible membership, where one shared introductory price cannot equal the normal price at every class allowance. The public offers feed marks such a sale so a storefront shows the struck fee without advertising a cheaper membership.
The introductory-price rule gains a third pricing mode, `pass_price`: the membership bills at its ordinary catalog amount from the first cycle and the registration-fee waiver carries the whole offer. Until now every recurring sale had to name a discounted amount, which a Flexible membership cannot express — its price depends on the allowance the member picks, so one shared amount is either below some allowances or above others. A `pass_price` rule must waive the registration fee on at least one product, or it offers nothing and is refused. It cannot part-discount the fee: the waiver rides Stripe's own registration-fee skip, while a partial amount would have to be collected separately, so the builder refuses that combination rather than promise something checkout cannot deliver. Waiving the fee on a product that has none is refused for the same reason. No coupon is created. The offer resolves through the existing `registration_fee_waived` intro-offer kind, which returns `coupon: null` and leaves the subscription line exactly as it was. The public offers feed gains `registration_fee_only` on each product. It is the one case where the offer price equalling the normal price is deliberate rather than a signal that the sale does not apply, and a storefront must read it before deciding what to advertise.
