Renewal recovery notices follow their send rules
Failed-renewal notices use the declared venue or staff send choice, and failed SMS attempts keep their original retry reference.
# Renewal recovery notices follow their send rules A membership suspension payment notice follows its venue event switch. Staff payment links and confirmations for paid-elsewhere or waived renewals use the channels selected for that action. Choosing no channel stays silent. Failed-payment reminder SMS keeps the original reminder reference when retried. A failed delivery no longer advances that SMS reminder step as though it sent. This correction does not enable the advance renewal reminder or send historical notices again. Existing preferences and delivery suppression continue to apply.

The card-expiry report's Send reminder action verifies that the client is active in your venue and that you have permission to contact clients and send notifications. Card badges require permission to view the client's profile.
