Reschedule from the appointment page; client cards show appointment history
Front desk can move an appointment to a new time straight from the appointment page, and every client card now lists that client's appointments.
Moving an appointment used to mean dragging it on the calendar or the room board — fine at the desk, impossible with a client on the phone. The appointment page now has a **Reschedule** action next to check in, no-show and cancel. Pick a day, see the free times for that same service, optionally hand the appointment to another provider who offers it, and confirm. You choose per appointment whether the client hears about the new time by email, SMS or push — nothing is sent unless you pick a channel. The times offered are the venue's real availability: the same working hours, breaks, buffers and existing bookings the online booking page respects, for the service and variant that were actually booked. After the move, the page follows the appointment to its new record so you are never left looking at the old one. Client cards now show appointments too. On a client's **Bookings** tab, an appointment-taking venue gets a **Classes | Appointments** switch; the Appointments side lists date, service, provider, status and price, flags anything that was rescheduled, and links straight through to each appointment. Venues that only run classes see their Bookings tab exactly as before.
Your forms now explain how details are used — and never lose a submission halfway
Public and in-app forms show a clear privacy notice, record the legal basis you chose instead of always claiming consent, and save every part of a submission together.
