Safer member checkout retries
Interrupted member payments now resume their original venue, currency and checkout terms instead of starting a second charge.
Member payments for passes, extensions, memberships, courses, events and product packages now resume the original attempt after a timeout or repeated tap. Staff card sales in the register use the same durable retry boundary for passes, products and services. Before access or a purchase is completed, Booking Bible verifies the payment against the same venue account, amount, currency, regional revision and fee terms that were accepted. If the payment provider and the original checkout do not agree, completion is stopped for safe reconciliation instead of being attached to the wrong venue or creating duplicate access. Saved payment methods also remain in the Stripe account where the venue originally stored them. Product-package and paid-event fees now keep a stable checkout reference. This makes delayed payment confirmations converge on one fee without inventing a payment record. Older fee records are linked automatically only when the venue, payment and amount agree exactly; ambiguous history is left unchanged for finance reconciliation instead of being deleted or relabelled.
Safer billing card removal
Removing a billing card now keeps an eligible backup card ready and prevents active billing from losing its final payment method.
