Hidden classes stay on your schedule, and a clearer schedule for every team member

Hidden classes stay visible to your team with a Hidden label, you can hide or unhide many classes at once, team members without schedule access see a read-only schedule, and cancelled classes are easier to follow up.

# Hidden classes stay on your schedule, and a clearer schedule for every team member

## Hidden classes stay visible to your team

A class you hide with **Hide from schedule** disappears from client schedules, but it now stays on your own schedule with a **Hidden** label — you no longer need **Show deactivated** to find it. Open the class card menu and choose **Unhide from schedule** to show it to clients again. Hiding never cancels the class or changes its bookings, attendance, charges or refunds.

## Hide or unhide many classes at once

Select classes on the schedule and use **Hide from schedule** or **Unhide** in the selection bar. The counts always reflect the classes as they are now, even if you hid or unhid one of them from its own card after selecting it.

## A read-only schedule for team members without schedule access

Team members who can see the schedule but not change it now get a read-only schedule: no add, edit, cancel, hide or restore buttons, because those changes need schedule access. They can still open a class and see its details.

## Following up on cancelled classes

- When a cancelled class has a replacement on the same day, both are shown: the cancelled one and the class that replaced it. Open the cancelled class to see **Booked when cancelled** — who was booked when it was cancelled.
- A cancelled class that has not started yet shows **Undo** on its card and **Undo cancellation** in its menu. Once its start time has passed, both say **Reschedule** instead: you move the class to a new date rather than restoring it in place. The card and the menu always use the same wording.

One class roster everywhere, clearer bulk actions and fairer guest seats

The class page uses the same roster as check-in, bulk actions say exactly who they act on, staff can record late cancellations, the roster has stat chips and sorting, unpaid guest seats no longer free a place that was never taken, guests you add are no longer booked under your own account, and guests choose their age group on the payment page where class prices depend on age.
