Support access approval is now an explicit, one-time choice

For venues where temporary Booking Bible support access is available, links
asking you to approve or deny it now open a real confirmation page for your
venue. Simply opening the email — or an email provider checking its links —
cannot approve or deny anything. An active venue administrator or manager must
sign in and press the confirmation button. The live approval code is removed
from the browser address before sign-in, and administrators or managers who
hold that responsibility as a staff capability can complete the same flow.

An approval can be used once and is valid for 24 hours from the moment you
approve it. Denying does not create any access. Expired, replaced and already
answered links fail safely, and the page prevents repeat clicks while a
response is being saved.

Booking Bible now reports an access request as sent only after the email
provider accepts it. If the venue has no eligible recipient or delivery fails,
the operator sees a clear recovery message and can retry instead of receiving a
false success confirmation.

The support-session-ended email now opens the actual **Audit Log** page on your
venue's own address. It keeps the support session, team member and exact time
window while you paginate or export CSV, and makes the active linked filter
visible and easy to clear. The view includes records tied directly to the
session and older untagged activity from the same support person during that
window, so relevant records are not silently hidden.
