Unpaid no-show and late-cancellation fees stay on the client
When a card charge for a no-show or late cancellation fails, the fee remains as a visible amount the client owes, with the class details, automatic retries, and admin tools to charge the card, record another payment, or waive it.
If Stripe cannot collect a no-show or late-cancellation fee, the booking still shows the event and the client now also has an unpaid debt for that class. The Billing tab Outstanding total includes these fees. Each row names the fee type, the class, and the date. The card on file is retried automatically. Staff can charge the card now, record cash or another method, or waive the fee. The same unpaid fee is on the booking in the branded app, consumer app, universe app, business client history, Hot Yoga CPH account bookings, and yogabible.dk.
Staff can book past classes; paid guests no longer use a host clip
Admin and staff with permission can add clients and check in on past classes. A paid bring-a-guest seat no longer consumes a host clip or blocks the host from booking themselves.
