Automation flows hide class triggers for appointment-only venues

When venue-type chrome is on, appointment-only venues no longer see Class attended, Class milestone, or Clips running low as flow create or editor triggers. Class and mixed venues keep those triggers. Existing flows are not deleted.

With **Venue-type class chrome** on, appointment-only venues hide class-studio automation flow triggers on create and in the flow editor. Class studios and mixed venues keep Class attended, Class milestone, and Clips running low. Turning the switch does not email clients and does not delete saved flows.

**Owner draft only — do not send to clients.** Kill switch `venue_type_chrome` ships OFF (fail-closed via `resolveKillSwitchStrict`). No production Nailtech data change. BB venue marketing site is not retired.
