Venue-type chrome follows booking mode

**Owner draft only — do not send to clients.** Kill switch `venue_type_chrome` ships OFF (fail-closed via `resolveKillSwitchStrict`). No production Nailtech data change. BB venue marketing site is not retired.

When the switch is ON:

- Appointment-only admin chrome hides class-studio discovery that does not
apply (including Courses & Workshops for appointment-only venues).
- Slug `nailtech` keeps Courses & Workshops even when appointment-only.
- Client pass purchase no longer shows the Under 30 / 30+ preview toggle or
dual-price chrome on appointment-only venues. Mixed and class studios, and
rollout-off, keep current Denmark age-split purchase chrome.
- Public `/features` notes that admin chrome follows venue type
(appointment-only vs classes vs both). Public marketing still does not claim
  ClassPass as an available integration.

Rollout remains operator-controlled. Flip only after live-testing appointment-
only and class/hybrid surfaces.

Appointment-only venues get visit wording on loyalty, challenges, reviews, availability, and collaboration pay

When venue-type class chrome is on, appointment-only venues see Free visit / Per visit / Visits attended and provider working-hours language instead of class copy. Stored values stay free_class and classes_attended. Class and mixed venues are unchanged. No client emails.
