Appointment-only venues get visit wording on loyalty, challenges, reviews, availability, and collaboration pay

When venue-type class chrome is on, appointment-only venues see Free visit / Per visit / Visits attended and provider working-hours language instead of class copy. Stored values stay free_class and classes_attended. Class and mixed venues are unchanged. No client emails.

# Appointment-only venues get visit wording on loyalty and related admin chrome

Staff who run visits only should not see class-studio labels on loyalty rewards,
earning rules, challenges, reviews, personal availability, or collaboration pay
models once Booking Bible turns on **Venue-type class chrome**.

## What staff need to know

When the switch is **on** and the venue is **appointment-only**:

- **Loyalty rewards** — the `free_class` option label reads **Free visit** (stored
  value stays `free_class`).
- **Loyalty earning rules** — **Per class** / attended class become **Per visit** /
attended visit (settings key stays `points_per_class`).
- **Challenges** — progress option `classes_attended` is labeled **Visits
attended**; empty state uses visit examples, not “30 classes in 30 days”.
- **Reviews** — hub copy uses **treatment reviews** wording (not class/appointment).
- **My availability** — provider / working-hours language; class grid overlay and
  substitute chrome are hidden.
- **Network collaboration pay** — **Flat rate per visit** and hints without
  “classes they teach”.

Venues on **classes** or **classes & appointments**, and every venue while the
switch is **off**, keep the existing class wording.

## What clients see

Nothing. This is admin chrome only. No loyalty earn path for appointments was
added, and no emails are sent by this change.
