Connected NamasteSuite website relay

Provision an exact connected NamasteSuite site at publish time and relay consented website engagement and form contacts without delaying visitors.

A venue that already has an explicit Booking Bible connection in NamasteSuite can now have its published website mapped to that exact workspace, brand, and verified primary domain. Publishing remains available when NamasteSuite is not configured or temporarily unavailable, and no connection is created automatically.

After a visitor grants marketing consent, configured websites can relay query-free page views, stable call-to-action clicks, and fixed scroll milestones server-to-server. The visitor response does not wait for NamasteSuite, and the relay sends no browser session identifier, traffic-event email, IP address, user agent, URL query, or referrer path.

Accepted website forms continue through Booking Bible’s existing Forms, Inbox, consent, task, webhook, and leads workflows first. A configured site can then relay the submitted contact details and only the independently verified, minimized first-touch attribution fields to NamasteSuite. Missing or withdrawn consent, a changed host/domain mapping, a removed connection, missing credentials, timeouts, and downstream errors all result in a no-op.

Platform and system controls remain in English while the separate multilingual-platform decision is open. This work does not add arbitrary website scripts, per-venue GTM automation, or a parallel Sites lead/form store.

If a membership sale did not finish, staff can cancel that card on the client’s Passes tab and sell again. They do not need to open Stripe.
