Offer them a reason to stay — and a way back

Write your comeback offers once, then make one on the spot while a client is cancelling, or send it after they have gone. What you promised is locked in, even if you change the offer later.

Cancelling used to be a one-way door. Now your team can put something on the table at the moment it matters, and you can reach people after they have left — with terms that cannot quietly change underneath them.

**Write your offers once.** Under Loyalty Price settings there is a new **Win-back offers** section. Each offer says what the client gets — they keep their loyalty price, or a price for their first period, or a price for a set number of periods, or a price for as long as they stay — plus how many days they have to take it and a line in your own words. You can keep up to twelve. When you stop using one, **retire** it rather than deleting it, so offers you already made still read correctly.

**Make one while they are cancelling.** When a team member ends a membership, the dialog now asks first: *Try a save offer first?* They pick an offer and can adjust it for that one client without changing what you saved. The screen states the consequence in plain words — "Their price stays at 799 kr. The cancellation is called off." — and if the client says yes, **nothing is cancelled**. If they say no, the cancellation goes ahead and you can still tick a box to email them the same offer once the membership actually ends.

**Reach the ones who already left.** On a client's profile you can send an offer any time and see every offer they have been made, whether they took it, and when it runs out. If you would rather not think about it, switch on *Send an offer automatically when a membership ends* and pick which one — it goes out once the membership has really ended and their comeback window opens. That is off unless you turn it on.

**They take it in one click.** The email carries the exact terms you offered and a link straight to your shop, where the client sees the offer and takes it — the prices below it then become their prices. Your team can also apply an open offer at the desk while ringing up a new membership. Either way the offer is marked as taken, so nobody offers the same deal twice.

**What you promised is frozen.** The terms are copied onto the offer the moment you make it. Edit the offer in settings tomorrow, or retire it entirely, and the client still gets exactly what you told them — and a few days before it runs out, they get one reminder.

Decide your own cancellation fees for private sessions

Set whether a private session charges a cancellation fee at all, as a percentage or a fixed amount, with up to four rules based on how late the client cancels — and clients who cancel their own booking are now held to the same policy.
