Clients can see and cancel appointments online

In the online client portal, My Bookings now shows a client’s appointments alongside their classes, and each appointment has its own page where they can cancel it themselves.

This is the online client portal — the site your clients sign in to in a
browser. Until now a client who booked a service could not find that booking
anywhere in their account there. My Bookings listed classes only, so appointment
clients had to phone or email you to check a time, and every cancellation came
through your desk.

My Bookings is now one list. Upcoming and Past show class bookings, imported
visit history and appointments together, in date order, each with the service,
the provider, the location and its own status. Nothing changed for a venue that
only runs classes — the page looks and behaves exactly as it did.

Opening an appointment shows the full booking: service and option, provider,
date and time, location, price, whether a deposit has been paid, and the notes
the client left. If the appointment was moved, the client lands on the new
booking rather than the old one.

Clients can now cancel an appointment themselves when your policy allows it.
The page uses the cancellation window and late-cancellation fee set on that
specific service, so a client is told plainly whether cancelling now is free or
carries your fee before they confirm. An appointment that has already been paid
for is never cancelled online — the client is asked to contact you so a refund
is handled properly — and neither is one that has already been completed,
cancelled or marked as a no-show.

Venues that offer services get a "Book a service" button on My Bookings instead
of "Book a class", pointing at your service list. Past appointments stay
reachable even if you later stop offering that service, so a client keeps
access to their own records.

Clearer appointment reschedule emails

Moving an appointment now emails the client a "your appointment has been moved" message showing the old and new time side by side, and appointments booked without an account stop reporting a false delivery failure.
