- Bug fix·
Recurring products pause properly, and product visibility rules are enforced everywhere
Pausing a recurring product no longer cancels it for good, a cancelled subscription now shows the date access actually ends, and the "who can buy this" rules you set on a product are now enforced on every client-facing surface rather than only on some.
- Bug fixCourse Native Commerce Access·
One clear course-access record on client profiles
Course participants now see as one current access record in admin, while preserved migration passes remain available in a separate history view.
- Bug fix·
A frozen membership now shows the classes it actually paid for
When a member freezes mid-month you already credit the unused part of their invoice. Their class allowance now shrinks to match, so the number on screen is the number they can really book.
- Bug fix·
The extra-class offer now shows each client their own price
When a client used up their monthly classes, the offer to buy an extra one quoted the under-30 price to everyone and named the wrong date for when their classes come back. Both now show what is true for that client.
- Bug fixClientsMembershipsBilling·
Reliable discounted membership sales and failed-setup cleanup
Staff can again sell a membership with an agreed recurring price, registration fee waiver, referral offer, or other coupon-backed concession. Membership creation now uses Stripe's current subscription-discount request shape while preserving the existing concession precedence and retry fingerprint.
- Bug fixBookingsBillingSettings·
No-show and late-cancellation fees follow each venue’s settings
No-show and late-cancellation fees, including whether one is charged and how much, come from the venue’s cancellation settings (and a location override when set). Unconfigured venues are not billed a platform default.
- Bug fixBookingsBillingClients·
Unpaid no-show and late-cancellation fees stay on the client
When a card charge for a no-show or late cancellation fails, the fee remains as a visible amount the client owes, with the class details, automatic retries, and admin tools to charge the card, record another payment, or waive it.
- Bug fixBookingsCheck InGuests·
Staff can book past classes; paid guests no longer use a host clip
Admin and staff with permission can add clients and check in on past classes. A paid bring-a-guest seat no longer consumes a host clip or blocks the host from booking themselves.
- Bug fixBookingsPassesClients·
Class counts follow each pass start date
Monthly class limits now count from the pass start date, and bookings can be filtered by that cycle.
- Bug fixBookingsBillingClients·
No-show and late cancellation are named the same everywhere
A no-show and a late cancellation are now distinct in status, receipts, emails, and booking history across admin, member web, apps, Hot Yoga CPH, and yogabible.dk.
- Bug fix·
Members can book their last class of the month again
A member down to their final monthly class saw "Booking failed, try again" and could never get through. Their last class now books normally, and monthly balances are accurate again.
- Bug fix·
Vouchers from an ended campaign now say so
A voucher entered after its campaign finished told the client the campaign was paused and to contact you; it now names the date the offer ended.
- Bug fixGift Cards·
Gift widget pass tiles preselect the right pass again
Clicking a pass in the embedded gift widget now opens the gift page with that pass already selected, instead of starting from scratch.
- Bug fixCourses·
Workshop sessions no longer accept regular passes
Booking a workshop or course session now requires enrollment or workshop entry — regular class passes can no longer slip in for free.
- Bug fix·
Other venue names are readable in the sidebar
The sidebar venue switcher now shows other venue names in a light colour so you can read them on the dark menu.
- Bug fixMembershipsBillingClients·
Resume a freeze from a chosen date, and see why terminate failed
Staff can resume a frozen membership today or from a chosen date, and a terminate that used to hang now shows the error so they can retry.
- Bug fixAppointments FullPoint of Sale·
Salon services now use a Beauty VAT category
Appointment venues can file services and products under Beauty & Personal Care instead of Group Classes, and online appointment payments now record VAT correctly.
- Bug fixAppointments Full·
Clearer appointment reschedule emails
Moving an appointment now emails the client a "your appointment has been moved" message showing the old and new time side by side, and appointments booked without an account stop reporting a false delivery failure.
- Bug fixForms·
Your forms now explain how details are used — and never lose a submission halfway
Public and in-app forms show a clear privacy notice, record the legal basis you chose instead of always claiming consent, and save every part of a submission together.
- Bug fixAppointmentsPoint Of SalePromotions·
Safer appointment payment linking
Paid appointment promotions now stop for review instead of changing an appointment whose date, status, client, service, option, or payment link no longer matches the sale.
- Bug fixBookingsCheck InPasses·
Clearer booking history and monthly pass balances
Booking history now makes attendance and cancellation decisions easier to follow, and recurring class allowances reset correctly each month.
- Bug fixNetwork·
Network agreement changes now require fresh approval
Updating a partner agreement now creates a clear new version for both venues to review and approve.
- Bug fixPlatform Billing·
Referral rewards shown by currency
Referral reward savings are now shown only when Booking Bible can identify the exact currency applied to an invoice.
- Bug fix·
Live class links, chat widget, and bookings fixes
Live class links now explain when they can't be joined, only one chat button ever shows, and upcoming classes never go missing from Bookings.
- Bug fixLegalClient Portal·
Legal records follow the venue you are signed in to
A client who belongs to more than one venue now sees only that venue's waivers, terms acceptances and consent history, and can no longer sign another venue's documents.
- Bug fixPlatform Billing·
Exact platform prices by billing currency
Venue plans and add-ons are now offered and billed only when an exact catalog price exists in the venue subscription's currency.
- Bug fix·
Safer billing card removal
Removing a billing card now keeps an eligible backup card ready and prevents active billing from losing its final payment method.
- Bug fixPlatform BillingReferrals·
Reliable referral rewards on invoices
Referral discounts now stay in sync with the invoice that applies them, including fully covered invoices.
- Bug fix·
Paid features unlock after billing confirmation
New venues now receive their selected paid plan and add-on access only after secure billing confirmation is complete.
- Bug fixScheduleClassesCheck In·
Reliable booked totals in the Business calendar
Business calendar cards keep showing the real booked and waitlisted totals when detailed attendance totals are temporarily unavailable.
- Bug fixTeacher Settlements·
Manage professional collaborations in the Business app
Professional collaboration access in the Business app now follows the same availability rules as the web admin.
- Bug fix·
Registration fees now keep their VAT setting at the register
Membership registration fees now follow the VAT choice saved on the pass type when staff sell a membership from the register.
- Bug fix·
Refunds now confirm the original card payment before completing
Refunds for paid recurring invoices can no longer appear complete unless the exact original Stripe payment is identified and the refund is sent to it.
- Bug fix·
Staff product benefits now actually come off the price at check-in
A staff member entitled to a free or discounted product was charged the full shelf price at the check-in register while their allowance was still counted as used. The benefit now comes off the price, and an allowance is only ever spent when the discount really applied.
- Bug fixPrivate Events·
Private sessions — correct times, deposits, and double-booking protection
Private-event bookings are now created in your venue's timezone, deposits charge exactly what the booking shows, rescheduling can no longer double-book a room or teacher, and prices display in your venue's own currency format.
- Bug fix·
Removing a saved card works again
The Remove button on a client's saved card failed with a generic error whenever that card was the client's default — including expired imported cards. Fixed.
- Bug fix·
Replacing an expired card from the desk works again
Add card now and the secure add-card link work for clients migrated from your previous system, and the membership sale explains exactly what it needs when no usable card is on file.
- Bug fix·
Clip cards that start on first booking can book earlier classes again
A "starts on first booking" pass anchored to a future class no longer refuses bookings for earlier classes — the validity window now moves with the earliest class automatically.
- Bug fix·
Daily sales now show refunds against the day of the sale
A day's line in the sales overview now subtracts only refunds of that day's sales, so the day total always matches the payments listed under it.
- Bug fixBookingsPassesProducts·
Bookings now follow venue pass and add-on rules more consistently
A member can now use a pass only at the venue that issued it, unless the booking is made through an active Booking Bible partner agreement. Partner-network bookings continue to work as before.
- Bug fixCoursesWorkshopsSchedule·
Workshop schedules now stay consistent after checkout expiry and catalog edits
Expired workshop checkout attempts now clear themselves automatically, so an abandoned payment step no longer leaves a misleading pending order in the venue's records. This cleanup does not create a charge or booking, and completed payments keep using the existing fulfillment and refund safeguards.
- Bug fix·
Refunded passes and bookings stay in sync
A fully refunded online purchase no longer remains as an active pass or successful sale. Existing class places are preserved when a duplicate pass is corrected.
- Bug fixGift CardsPartners·
Partner gift cards now settle automatically
Exporting or redeeming a partner-programme gift card now creates the settlement entry automatically, and printed card values cannot be changed behind the partner's back.
- Bug fixPermissionsPaymentsReporting·
Permission changes and payment alerts now fail safely
Permission changes no longer claim success when they were not saved, and payment disputes stay linked to the correct Stripe account.
- Bug fixCoursesPayments·
Course paid status now follows the money record
A course installment can no longer be marked paid unless a successful payment or fully paid invoice proves it.
- Bug fix·
Clients affected by the checkout fault have their passes
The three clients who paid during the online-purchase fault now hold the pass they bought, with a receipt. Their duplicate attempts were refunded.
- Bug fix·
Online pass purchases and payment receipts work again
Clients could not buy a pass online since 11 August, no payment receipt had been sent since 1 August, promotions would not open, and the sales list showed the wrong time of day. All four are fixed.
- Bug fixCoursesPaymentsReceipts·
Course payments and merged client emails stay connected
Recording money received for a course now creates the payment, receipt, reporting, and participant balance records together, while inactive merged clients no longer block their survivor from adopting the correct email.
- Bug fixCourse Native Commerce Access·
More reliable course-payment records and releases
External course payments now keep a canonical payment link, while deployment checks can reproduce the same database structure in every environment.
- Bug fix·
AI Studio answers, controls, and connections are clearer
AI Studio now uses venue currency, streams replies, accepts private attachments, explains specialist scope, and makes mailbox connections easier to complete.
